Provide legal and administrative support focused on capital recovery: review and organize damage case files, prepare attorney-approved correspondence, manage communications with at-fault parties, assist with settlement coordination and outside counsel liaison, process recovery checks and legal invoices, coordinate document execution and regulatory filings, maintain electronic and physical case files, and serve as Notary Public (or obtain commission).

Prospect new-to-company B2B customers for transport, Internet, and dark fiber services; generate meetings for Inside Account Executives; identify buildings for network expansion; maintain CRM, reporting, and sales projections.

Support design, implementation, and maintenance of FiberLight's network infrastructure. Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS), assist with Layer 1/2 tasks, develop simple automation with Python and Ansible, use GitHub for version control, monitor performance, maintain security/compliance, and document network configurations and procedures.

Design, deploy, and maintain large-scale, resilient network infrastructures. Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS), MPLS, and L2/L3 environments. Lead performance optimization, security hardening, documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Monitor real-time network performance and alarms, perform Tier I diagnostics, create and manage trouble tickets, coordinate field dispatch, escalate incidents to engineering or carriers, communicate with customers, and maintain network documentation and standards.
