Designs and provisions telecommunications circuits for fiber network customer services. Reviews orders, determines routing, assigns ports, optics, VLANs, IP addresses, and transport paths, and maintains network inventory records. Creates diagrams, documentation, and bills of materials while identifying capacity constraints and deployment risks. Collaborates with project managers, engineers, provisioning teams, field technicians, and activation teams to resolve discrepancies and support successful installations. Requires telecommunications experience, knowledge of fiber and Ethernet technologies, network documentation skills, and onsite availability.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across leadership, sales, operations, corporate, technical, and specialized roles. Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, advise executives and hiring managers, and improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience. Use market intelligence and recruiting metrics to influence hiring decisions, strengthen employer branding, support referral and talent-community programs, and represent the organization at recruiting events.

Leads field technicians delivering telecommunications, lighting, and infrastructure services. Oversees service projects, job-site execution, technical troubleshooting, compliance, staffing, training, vendor relationships, procurement, purchase orders, task allocation, documentation, and performance reporting. Collaborates with engineering, customer support, and operations to ensure efficient service delivery, minimize interruptions, and improve technician productivity and client satisfaction. Requires hands-on technical involvement, team leadership, and travel to job sites.

Manages the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, purchase orders, contracts, inventory coordination, and supplier performance. Analyzes spending to identify cost savings, ensures policy and regulatory compliance, resolves vendor issues, maintains procurement records, and reports metrics to leadership. Collaborates with Finance, Operations, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to forecast purchasing needs and manage budgets.

Supports enterprise telecom accounts throughout the sales cycle by translating technical requirements into fiber service solutions. Prepares technical cost packages, logical designs, mapping, and details for lit service and dark fiber offerings. Builds customer relationships, identifies service needs, demonstrates operational and cost improvements, and collaborates with sales and engineering teams. The role is on-site in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and may require travel up to 25% per month.

Supports strategic account directors by researching clients, mapping stakeholders, coordinating account plans and follow-ups, monitoring sales opportunities, preparing executive materials, assisting negotiations, tracking industry risks, and maintaining dashboards. The role also contributes to net-new business growth, consultative selling, proposals, sales forecasting, quota attainment, and cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, and solutions engineering.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee OSP fiber engineering for construction projects: route evaluations, cost estimates, work orders, QA, vendor coordination, documentation, permitting, and schedule/budget tracking.

Validate technical integrity of Closed Won telecom opportunities, ensuring designs, BOMs, fiber/splice plans, and documentation comply with engineering standards. Identify and resolve discrepancies, coordinate cross-functionally (Sales, Engineering, Construction, Provisioning), perform QA reviews, reduce installation fallout, and support continuous improvement of validation processes.

Monitor real-time network performance, perform Tier I diagnostics, create and manage trouble tickets, coordinate field dispatch, escalate incidents to engineering or carriers, communicate with customers, and maintain network documentation and standards while supporting shift and on-call rotations.

Design, implement, and maintain FiberLight's network infrastructure. Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, and IS-IS. Develop network automation with Python and Ansible using GitHub. Monitor and optimize performance, enforce security and compliance, document designs and procedures, and mentor junior engineers while supporting on-site technicians.
