Supports the design, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, security, documentation, and maintenance of network infrastructure under senior engineer guidance. Works with Layer 1–3 networking, routing protocols, Python and Ansible automation, GitHub version control, network optimization, compliance, and remote field technicians.

Designs and provisions telecommunications circuits for fiber network customer services. Reviews orders, determines routing, assigns ports, optics, VLANs, IP addresses, and transport paths, and maintains network inventory records. Creates diagrams, documentation, and bills of materials while identifying capacity constraints and deployment risks. Collaborates with project managers, engineers, provisioning teams, field technicians, and activation teams to resolve discrepancies and support successful installations. Requires telecommunications experience, knowledge of fiber and Ethernet technologies, network documentation skills, and onsite availability.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across leadership, sales, operations, corporate, technical, and specialized roles. Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, advise executives and hiring managers, and improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience. Use market intelligence and recruiting metrics to influence hiring decisions, strengthen employer branding, support referral and talent-community programs, and represent the organization at recruiting events.
