Processes and audits vendor invoices and employee expense reports, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, payment support, and policy compliance. Coordinates accounts payable payment batch reconciliation, supports check runs, resolves payment inquiries, maintains organized records, and analyzes process issues. The role also contributes to workflow improvements, provides internal customer service, and handles confidential financial information.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and optimizes optical transport networks using DWDM and ROADM technologies. Responsibilities include network architecture, equipment engineering, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, migration strategy, budgeting, documentation, and cross-functional integration. The role provides technical leadership and mentorship while supporting reliable, scalable fiber optic infrastructure. Extensive experience with Ciena and Fujitsu optical equipment is required, along with strong knowledge of optical networking principles and network design methodologies.

Configure and maintain Layer 2 and Layer 3 services on Cisco and Juniper platforms, including Ethernet, MPLS, EVPL, BGP, and IS-IS. Maintain network inventory and circuit records, support provisioning and service turn-ups, troubleshoot configuration issues, participate in overnight maintenance windows, and coordinate with NOC, customers, project managers, and design teams.
