Serves as the dealership’s first customer contact by handling inbound and outbound communications, responding to inquiries, scheduling sales and service appointments, maintaining CRM records, following up with leads, and coordinating customer needs with sales and service teams.

Assist dealership customers in selecting vehicles, explain vehicle features and options, conduct test drives, meet vehicle sales goals, and follow up on customer needs. The role requires strong communication, customer service, organization, negotiation, self-motivation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Automotive sales experience is preferred, along with successful completion of background and drug screening.
