The role identifies schedule risks, drives corrective actions, escalates delivery issues, maintains supplier performance reporting, and analyzes cost and schedule trade-offs. It also leads vendor and carrier check-ins, improves expediting processes, and mentors junior expeditors and procurement coordinators. Success requires strong schedule ownership, cross-functional influence, and experience managing complex multi-vendor portfolios.

Own Fervo’s media relations, including inbound inquiries, proactive press outreach, reporter relationships, releases, statements, and coverage tracking. Lead social media and digital content strategy, paid social, brand voice, editorial calendars, and engagement optimization. Support crisis and issues communications while coordinating messaging with leadership and agencies. The role requires strong writing, independent judgment, rapid execution, and regular presence in Houston with some travel.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for commissioning, operations, and production needs. Lead competitive sourcing, negotiations, contract awards, supplier performance management, MRO category strategy, risk mitigation, and contract closeout.
