Own the consolidated procurement and delivery schedule for projects. Track purchase orders and critical-path packages, run vendor and carrier check-ins, escalate schedule risks, support field teams during drilling, maintain supplier performance reporting in ERP, and drive continuous improvement to ensure on-time material and equipment delivery.

Own reporting, performance analytics, and cross‑functional coordination for geothermal development. Build Power BI and Excel tools, synthesize schedule and defect data into SQDC dashboards and look‑ahead reports, track milestones and capital costs, support scoping meetings, maintain schedule accuracy and LRM registers, and drive continuous improvement using planning templates and AI tools.

Designs, builds, and ships agentic AI workflows for geothermal operations: end-to-end prototyping, retrieval/RAG pipelines, semantic grounding, knowledge graphs, evaluation, observability, Azure deployments, and cross-functional enablement.

Lead a team to build and run inventory, MRO category strategy, and operational procurement for geothermal plant commissioning and operations. Develop inventory systems, governance, KPIs, and supplier strategies to ensure material availability while minimizing working capital.

Lead month-end close and general ledger activities across multiple entities, overseeing reconciliations, accruals, allocations, intercompany, and audit-ready documentation. Improve close processes, controls, and reconciliations; support SOX readiness and external audits. Coach and manage staff accountants, implement close/reconciliation tools, and partner cross-functionally with AP, Treasury, Tax, Finance, Operations, Legal, and external advisors.

Design, implement, and operate Fortinet-based network infrastructure across corporate, cloud, and site environments. Lead SD-WAN, firewall, switching, and wireless architecture; manage centralized FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer/FortiNAC; enforce segmentation and security policies; support compliance and incident response; lead site deployments and mentor engineers.

Lead electrical design and optimization for geothermal power plants, owning specifications and analyses for transmission, distribution, and substations (13.8 kV–500 kV). Provide technical leadership on major capital projects, mentor engineers, drive standardization, support procurement and interconnection, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver cost-effective, constructible power plant designs.

Lead design and optimization of instrumentation and control systems for standardized 50 MW geothermal plants. Develop control architectures, program Allen-Bradley PLCs, build Ignition SCADA applications, produce I&C drawings, specify instruments and panels, configure industrial networks, support construction/commissioning, troubleshoot field issues, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating across disciplines and cybersecurity/IT teams.
