Designs, builds, and ships agentic AI workflows for geothermal operations: end-to-end prototyping, retrieval/RAG pipelines, semantic grounding, knowledge graphs, evaluation, observability, Azure deployments, and cross-functional enablement.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, correspondence drafting, meeting logistics, and handling confidential inquiries to enable the Executive Assistant to focus on strategic priorities.

Lead a team to build and run inventory, MRO category strategy, and operational procurement for geothermal plant commissioning and operations. Develop inventory systems, governance, KPIs, and supplier strategies to ensure material availability while minimizing working capital.
