Supports monthly close and general ledger activities, including journal entries, cash posting, accruals, prepaids, PP&E, intercompany transactions, allocations, and balance sheet reconciliations. Maintains audit-ready documentation, prepares SOX and audit support, researches reconciling items, assists with flux analyses, and follows documented accounting procedures. Collaborates across Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Operations, Tax, and external audit teams while helping improve close processes and automation.

Strengthen the security and resilience of operational technology environments by evaluating architectures and data flows, improving asset visibility, governing remote and vendor access, supporting secure commissioning and change management, developing monitoring and incident-response capabilities, and maintaining risk and remediation records. The role partners with engineering, operations, IT, cybersecurity, compliance, legal, and third parties while applying NIST SP 800-82 and IEC 62443 concepts.

Owns the development and execution of flexible, on-site, and behind-the-meter geothermal energy solutions. The role integrates commercial structuring, technical feasibility, interconnection, financeability, customer engagement, and stakeholder coordination from concept through executable agreements. Responsibilities include negotiating power delivery arrangements, aligning geothermal resources with microgrid and load requirements, assessing risks, preparing leadership materials, and building scalable development processes.
