Lead month-end close and general ledger activities across multiple entities, overseeing reconciliations, accruals, allocations, intercompany, and audit-ready documentation. Improve close processes, controls, and reconciliations; support SOX readiness and external audits. Coach and manage staff accountants, implement close/reconciliation tools, and partner cross-functionally with AP, Treasury, Tax, Finance, Operations, Legal, and external advisors.

Supports the design, planning, and field execution of geothermal well completions, stimulations, and workovers. Responsibilities include preparing programs and procedures, monitoring operational data, troubleshooting field issues, inspecting equipment, maintaining reports, supporting regulatory compliance, analyzing well performance, selecting completion equipment, estimating costs, and contributing to optimization and continuous improvement. The role includes Houston training, a 14/14 Utah field rotation, and eventual return to Houston operations.

Leads sourcing strategy and commercial execution for geothermal completions services, including frac, wireline, snubbing, workover, flowback, water, and proppant. Develops supplier strategies, negotiates contracts and call-off agreements, qualifies backup vendors, confirms capacity and mobilization readiness, manages supplier performance, and partners with Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and field teams to mitigate availability and execution risks.
