Own and build Fervo's CAD program, PLM/PDM backbone, EDMS and transmittal workflows. Define CAD standards, templates, data models, integrations (PLM-ERP), and ensure drawing quality from design through as-built across powerblock projects.

Builds and leads field and facility operations training: designs curricula, delivers hands-on/classroom/e-learning, maintains qualification matrix and LMS, ensures regulatory compliance, scales training for new site ramp-ups, manages vendors and training budget, and hires and coaches training staff.

Design, plan, and support advanced geothermal wells; manage contractors and budgets; conduct risk assessments and NPT recovery; track time/costs and drive continuous improvement; produce post-well closeouts and lessons learned.
