Manage and grow Ferryhopper’s affiliate marketing program by acquiring and onboarding partners, negotiating collaborations, supporting existing affiliates, coordinating campaigns, monitoring compliance, and improving performance. Analyze bookings, revenue, conversion rates, commissions, costs, ROI, and profitability to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, BI, Accounting, and Engineering teams to expand partnerships, improve processes, and drive sustainable revenue.

Develop and maintain integrations between Ferryhopper’s booking platform and third-party data providers and ferry operators. Responsibilities include API integration, translating external business logic, optimizing performance and reliability, resolving production issues, participating in code reviews, and using AI development tools. The role also contributes to technical decisions, documentation, testing, knowledge sharing, and ownership of technical issues within an agile team.

Build reports, dashboards, data models, and datasets that support strategic and operational decisions. Analyze customer behavior, travel patterns, KPIs, and complex datasets to generate actionable recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, improve data quality, automate processes, and promote data-driven decision-making. The role uses SQL, dbt, Git, BigQuery, Power BI, and Looker Studio, with opportunities to contribute across analytics and data transformation.
