Provide high-trust, full-time support to a senior attorney across litigation, bankruptcy, and transactions. Manage calendars, deadlines, filings, and court communications; draft, format, proofread, and transcribe documents; coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial logistics; and prioritize fluctuating, deadline-driven workloads while maintaining discretion and professional client interaction.

Provide end-to-end litigation support from case inception through trial and appeal: drafting and filing pleadings, managing discovery and large document productions, coordinating eDiscovery vendors, preparing deposition and trial materials, providing trial technology/hot-seat support, maintaining case chronologies and deadlines, and tracking billable time.

Manage commercial and civil litigation matters in state and federal court, from pleadings and discovery through depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitration, and trial. Handle business, construction, employment, insurance, professional liability, and related disputes; advise on real estate matters and foreclosure/title issues. Independently manage client matters, advocate in hearings and trials, and participate in appeals.

Lead management of aging receivables and high-risk accounts for a law firm. Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve past-due balances, recommend escalations, identify payment barriers, support collection strategy, and drive process improvements to strengthen cash flow and AR performance.
