Support attorneys through all litigation phases: manage case files and deadlines, draft pleadings/motions, handle discovery and e-discovery, perform legal research (Westlaw/LexisNexis), prepare depositions and trial materials, coordinate witnesses and vendors, e-file court documents, and communicate with clients and courts. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple complex matters under attorney supervision.

Serve as the operational HR leader reporting to the COO; oversee HR operations and team across multiple offices, ensure multi-state compliance (especially California), build HR systems and metrics, lead recruiting/onboarding/performance/compensation/benefits, advise senior leadership, and support development programs and cross-functional collaboration to scale the firm.

Provide HR administrative support with emphasis on Paycom HRIS/payroll administration, onboarding coordination, recruiting and sourcing support, time and attendance and payroll assistance, and general HR project work across Texas and California offices. Ensure data integrity, generate reports, maintain confidential records, and support employee and candidate interactions.
