Lead design, implementation, and support of secure on‑prem and AWS cloud networking. Own outages and root‑cause analyses, manage firewalls, segmentation, load balancers, Terraform IaC, monitor performance, ensure NIST/HIPAA compliance, and drive network projects and process improvements.

Maintain data health across business systems by executing routine SQL fixes, performing QA and control analysis, supporting reporting and issue tracking, documenting processes, and participating in testing and special projects while collaborating with stakeholders and receiving mentorship.

Manage and validate recurring data collection and KPI reporting, reconcile datasets with business owners, create and maintain reporting templates, perform QA and trend analysis, draft business requirements, document procedures, support reporting process improvements, and ensure SharePoint documentation and data security standards.

Lead and maintain enterprise virtual, cloud, and data center infrastructure. Administer VMware, Windows Server, M365/Entra, storage and backup, support AWS migrations, implement monitoring, enforce security/compliance, produce documentation and runbooks, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure 24x7 availability and modernization.
