Leads and develops a software engineering team while overseeing application support, system reliability, technical guidance, process improvement, incident management, documentation, audit readiness, and business continuity. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize improvements, manage resources, strengthen service levels, and deliver technology solutions aligned with organizational needs.

Lead and maintain enterprise virtual, cloud, and data center infrastructure. Administer VMware, Windows Server, M365/Entra, storage and backup, support AWS migrations, implement monitoring, enforce security/compliance, produce documentation and runbooks, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure 24x7 availability and modernization.
