Lead and maintain enterprise virtual, cloud, and data center infrastructure. Administer VMware, Windows Server, M365/Entra, storage and backup, support AWS migrations, implement monitoring, enforce security/compliance, produce documentation and runbooks, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure 24x7 availability and modernization.

Lead design, implementation, and support of secure on‑prem and AWS cloud networking. Own outages and root‑cause analyses, manage firewalls, segmentation, load balancers, Terraform IaC, monitor performance, ensure NIST/HIPAA compliance, and drive network projects and process improvements.

Lead design, migration, and operation of AWS cloud infrastructure; implement IaC and CI/CD; enforce cloud security (NIST-aligned); mentor engineers; drive cost optimization, monitoring, and incident response.
