Manage full contract lifecycle for DoD/federal programs: administration, compliance with FAR/DFARS, negotiate terms, oversee subcontracting, monitor performance/funding, mitigate risks, maintain documentation, and support proposal/pricing and stakeholder reporting.

Lead and manage large, multidisciplinary network modernization programs for DHS/DoD. Oversee project lifecycle, budgets, staffing, risk mitigation, reporting (weekly status, monthly PMRs), and compliance with FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, ITIL, and Zero Trust.
