Engineer Cisco IOS-XE platforms, IPSEC/IKEv2 (FlexVPN), BGP routing and route policy, integrate Type I encryption (TACLANE), validate multi-transport resiliency, build lab replicas, perform advanced troubleshooting, and produce technical documentation for DoD secure communications environments.

Serve as Government single point of contact and primary program manager for DFAS CCE contract. Lead and supervise 40+ IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IA personnel; ensure contract performance, SLA/PRS compliance, and delivery of IT infrastructure and enterprise services. Develop and execute PMP, QCP, Risk Management Plan; manage finances, invoicing, staffing, transitions, COOP/DR exercises; coordinate changes with COR/TPOC/CCB and ensure compliance with DoD/DISA/USCYBERCOM directives.

Perform RMF assessment and authorization tasks for DoD/IC systems: conduct vulnerability scans (ACAS/Nessus/SCAP), map to NIST 800-53/STIGs, develop A&A packages, POA&Ms, ISCM plans, validate patching and controls, coordinate with stakeholders (DISA, NSA, USCYBERCOM, DIA) and liaison with administrators to remediate deficiencies and obtain ATO/IATT/ATC.
