Manage development and maintenance of Army-aligned training products using ADDIE and TRADOC guidance; plan/coordinate fielding and NET events, NMIBs, logistics with gaining units; lead training team and ensure program effectiveness and compliance.

Manage task orders, facilitate weekly meetings, prepare presentations and detailed cost/schedule/performance/risk discussions, deliver monthly contract funding reports, run quarterly program management reviews, and oversee teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of products, schedules, and events in support of DoD/intelligence contracts.

Operate, maintain, and secure DoD mission systems: install/configure servers, switches, routers, and workstations; apply patches and antivirus; manage accounts; perform vulnerability management, incident response, backups, and system restoration; support virtualization (VMware) and network services across NIPR/SIPR/JWICS.
