Design, engineer, and support enterprise endpoint management across physical, virtual, mobile, and cloud platforms. Architect and maintain MECM/Intune/Azure AD based solutions, ensure DISA STIG/NIST/IAVM compliance, perform endpoint vulnerability assessments, modernize desktop images and task sequences, automate application lifecycle management, and migrate legacy MDM to cloud/SaaS solutions while maintaining secure mobile services.

Manage full contract lifecycle for DoD/federal programs: administration, compliance with FAR/DFARS, negotiate terms, oversee subcontracting, monitor performance/funding, mitigate risks, maintain documentation, and support proposal/pricing and stakeholder reporting.

Lead and manage large, multidisciplinary network modernization programs for DHS/DoD. Oversee project lifecycle, budgets, staffing, risk mitigation, reporting (weekly status, monthly PMRs), and compliance with FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, ITIL, and Zero Trust. Coordinate assessments, requirements gathering, automation integration, and documentation in SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence while providing strategic recommendations to DHS leadership.
