Supports the full procurement and vendor lifecycle, including vendor selection, onboarding, contract administration, performance monitoring, compliance checks, purchase orders, risk assessment, reporting, and data governance. Partners with Legal, Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Technology, and business stakeholders to maintain procurement controls, improve processes, manage vendor and contract data, support leadership presentations, and deliver policy training. Uses procurement platforms, ERP systems, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and audit readiness.

Supports affordable housing and community investment programs through complex real estate underwriting, grant and loan transaction analysis, compliance monitoring, reporting, data integrity, database development, and fund disbursement. The role advises management, financial institutions, housing developers, and stakeholders; contributes to policy, product development, regulatory compliance, customer service, and Affordable Housing Program operations.

Lead testing strategy and execution for business systems: design and run test plans, automate and regression testing, manage test environments, coordinate with scrum teams, ensure requirements traceability, support UAT, incorporate DevSecOps and security testing, and coach teams on test-driven practices.

Design, secure, and modernize the Bank’s enterprise network architecture. Lead program and project teams to integrate, automate, and scale network solutions, enforce network/security standards, support cloud and on‑prem designs, and drive resiliency, BCP/DR, and regulatory compliance while participating in enterprise architecture governance.

The DevOps Engineer designs and manages CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and application development while ensuring secure software deployments and compliance with policies.

Assess, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across on-premises and cloud systems. Build remediation frameworks, automate assessments and patching (Terraform, CI/CD, AI tooling), monitor stability during changes, harden images and deployment pipelines, and report vulnerability trends. Support balance sheet management by monitoring fixed-income markets, performing analyses, supporting debt/derivatives/MBS/Treasury/repo/Fed funds workflows, executing transactions within risk appetite, and collaborating with risk, finance, legal, operations, and IT while ensuring compliance.
