The Business Development Technology Analyst combines technical skills with business acumen to enhance decision-making through analytics, AI integration, and dashboard development across departments.

Designs board- and committee-level presentations, conducts ad-hoc and strategic capital markets analysis, oversees advance rate setting, produces Tableau/CDR reports, tests system enhancements, recommends process improvements, and supports risk assessments, EUC and business continuity planning while coordinating with Risk, Finance, and Member Services to ensure controls and compliance.

Lead multiple IT projects from planning through delivery: define scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and requirements; coordinate stakeholders and technical teams (architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity); maintain project documentation and status reporting; ensure testing, compliance, and alignment with technical standards; manage contracts and project budgets.

Create clear user-facing documentation (policies, guides, manuals, web content) and MarCom materials. Collaborate with subject matter experts, edit content, maintain documentation, support website and social media, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage multiple projects to advance member communications and brand objectives.

Support balance sheet management by monitoring fixed-income markets, performing analyses, supporting debt/derivatives/MBS/Treasury/repo/Fed funds workflows, executing transactions within risk appetite, and collaborating with risk, finance, legal, operations, and IT while ensuring compliance.

Execute end-to-end internal audits (financial, operational, IT, compliance, fraud), perform fieldwork, validate controls, communicate findings, support external auditors, track project milestones, and assist management reporting.

The DevOps Engineer designs and manages CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and application development while ensuring secure software deployments and compliance with policies.

The Business Analyst leads requirements management and testing for technology delivery, ensuring traceability, compliance, and effective communication among stakeholders while addressing project risks and issues.
