Leads software development teams through complex projects, including system architecture, integration, database and application design, task assignment, milestone planning, coding, testing, documentation, and production support. Serves as a liaison between business owners, technical teams, IT management, and vendors. Provides technical leadership, consultation, staff training, technology recommendations, and project reporting while developing performant software solutions using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and relational databases.

Leads and mentors a software development team while contributing hands-on with .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Azure applications. Oversees code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, cloud adoption, CI/CD, DevOps practices, workload planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration. Conducts performance evaluations, supports developer growth, and promotes modern development methodologies and cross-functional communication. The role requires hybrid work with three office days per week.

Provides legal counsel to bank business units on contracts, transactions, policies, regulatory developments, corporate governance, SEC matters, and banking issues. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting and negotiating agreements, rendering legal opinions, advising senior stakeholders, monitoring legislative and judicial changes, supporting regulatory responses, and participating in system-wide initiatives. Requires a law degree, bar admission, commercial and corporate law knowledge, and at least three years of legal experience, or five years for the Associate General Counsel level.

Supports market risk measurement, monitoring, valuation, stress testing, sensitivity analysis, and reporting for fixed income and derivatives. Uses quantitative methods and risk platforms to analyze portfolios, explain risk results, maintain databases and scripts, improve reporting processes, support model development and validation, perform user acceptance testing, and document controls for regulatory compliance. Communicates technical findings to management and stakeholders while assisting with data, systems, and model-related issues.

Develop, implement, test, and maintain credit and market risk models (loan valuation, PD, loss estimation). Calibrate models, document assumptions, support validation and regulators, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance model performance and use.

Administer and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Member Portal, and Sitefinity. Support integrations, data governance, reporting (Power BI), and business development teams. Translate business needs into technical specs, manage deployments, ensure data quality, and drive user adoption and automation to improve member engagement and pipeline visibility.

Design, build, automate, and maintain hybrid on-premises and Azure cloud infrastructure. Implement CI/CD and IaC, manage Windows and RHEL systems, optimize security, capacity, and costs, support disaster recovery and on-call rotations, and collaborate across IT teams to document and standardize operations.
