Leads software development teams through complex projects, including system architecture, integration, database and application design, task assignment, milestone planning, coding, testing, documentation, and production support. Serves as a liaison between business owners, technical teams, IT management, and vendors. Provides technical leadership, consultation, staff training, technology recommendations, and project reporting while developing performant software solutions using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and relational databases.

Leads and mentors a software development team while contributing hands-on with .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Azure applications. Oversees code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, cloud adoption, CI/CD, DevOps practices, workload planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration. Conducts performance evaluations, supports developer growth, and promotes modern development methodologies and cross-functional communication. The role requires hybrid work with three office days per week.

Provides legal counsel to bank business units on contracts, transactions, policies, regulatory developments, corporate governance, SEC matters, and banking issues. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting and negotiating agreements, rendering legal opinions, advising senior stakeholders, monitoring legislative and judicial changes, supporting regulatory responses, and participating in system-wide initiatives. Requires a law degree, bar admission, commercial and corporate law knowledge, and at least three years of legal experience, or five years for the Associate General Counsel level.
