Drives continuous improvement, automation, operational technology adoption, KPI performance, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Leads the facility’s quality management system, ensuring AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance. Supports aerospace sales operations by assessing customer needs, preparing quotations, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, and maintaining customer and vendor relationships. The role requires knowledge of aircraft parts, aerospace inventory practices, OEM business environments, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include customer service, daily sales support, productivity procedures, multitasking, and helping meet departmental sales goals.

Monitor supplier commitments and vendor-delinquent parts, contact vendors to confirm shipment dates, track purchasing progress, coordinate material distribution, and communicate expected availability to sales and production teams.
