Resolves complex fulfillment issues, collaborates with warehouse, shipping, sales, and quality teams, supports FAIs, identifies discrepancies, mentors junior associates, and implements process improvements. Maintains safety and organizational standards while working with measuring and weighing equipment.

Manage assigned aerospace and defense accounts throughout the sales cycle, including relationship development, needs qualification, quoting, negotiation, order fulfillment, forecasting, profitability monitoring, and quota attainment. Maintain accurate CRM records, resolve order issues, coordinate with sales and support teams, document contracts, and identify opportunities for territory growth while delivering tailored customer solutions.
