Own and optimize ERP systems across multiple business units, primarily Quantum by Component Control. Design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot ERP solutions and backend code. Analyze requirements, improve end-to-end architecture and data flows, support consolidation planning, create technical documentation and training materials, and mentor team members. Collaborate with enterprise leaders, product owners, users, and technical teams to deliver scalable ERP enhancements and business value.

Manage assigned aerospace and defense accounts throughout the sales cycle, including relationship development, needs qualification, quoting, negotiation, order fulfillment, forecasting, profitability monitoring, and quota attainment. Maintain accurate CRM records, resolve order issues, coordinate with sales and support teams, document contracts, and identify opportunities for territory growth while delivering tailored customer solutions.

Leads FDH Electronics’ end-to-end supply chain strategy, including sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory, supplier performance, logistics, systems, analytics, and acquisition integration. Builds scalable operating models, improves service, margins, continuity, and working capital, and establishes KPIs and governance. Partners with executive and cross-functional leaders across operations, sales, quality, finance, IT, and sites while developing a high-performing, geographically dispersed organization.
