Guide customers through vehicle purchases by presenting vehicle features, options, financing choices, and conducting test drives and walk-arounds. Follow up with prospective and previous customers using dealership management systems, complete product training, maintain current product knowledge, and meet sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Leads an automotive dealership sales team by recruiting, training, coaching, and managing performance. Sets sales and profit targets, desks deals, tracks revenue and delivery reports, supports showroom customer interactions, manages negotiations, appraises trade-in vehicles, and ensures a positive, compliant customer experience.
