Manage merchant and entity onboarding with acquirers, banks, gateways, and alternative payment providers from application through approval and go-live. Develop and maintain complex front-end features end-to-end, from technical analysis through deployment. Improve code quality through refactoring, testing, CI/CD, and release-process enhancements. Monitor and optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, participate in architecture decisions and code reviews, and mentor or share knowledge with team members. The role requires independent ownership, strong collaboration, and at least five years of professional front-end development experience.

Own the end-to-end UX/UI across the customer journey, using data, user research, A/B testing and analytics to improve conversion, retention, and commercial outcomes. Collaborate with Product, BI, Engineering and Marketing to modernize the product, build scalable design systems, and deliver implementation-ready prototypes.

Develop and maintain scalable PHP backend systems and APIs, optimize performance and caching, integrate third-party services, implement analytics and A/B testing, participate in code reviews and resolve production issues.
