Owns end-to-end recruitment across the organization, including role definition, hiring strategy, proactive sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and closing. Partners with hiring managers and leadership across international, distributed teams, primarily recruiting for Limassol. The role requires Cypriot market expertise, experience in fast-growing technology businesses, strong stakeholder management, independent decision-making, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS tools.

Owns the Finance function across an international, multi-entity digital business. Responsibilities include financial reporting, consolidation, intercompany accounting, controls, reconciliations, payment operations, process improvement, automation, and day-to-day Finance management. The role advises C-level leaders and the Board, improves scalability and reliability, and partners with the CFO on growth and acquisitions. It is a hands-on leadership position with potential progression toward Deputy CFO.

Own the end-to-end UX/UI across the customer journey, using data, user research, A/B testing and analytics to improve conversion, retention, and commercial outcomes. Collaborate with Product, BI, Engineering and Marketing to modernize the product, build scalable design systems, and deliver implementation-ready prototypes.

Own and build the companywide marketing function: define channel purpose, create content plans, run email and digital campaigns, improve websites, manage events/conferences, measure performance, and align marketing across teams.

Develop and maintain scalable PHP backend systems and APIs, optimize performance and caching, integrate third-party services, implement analytics and A/B testing, participate in code reviews and resolve production issues.
