Lead buying and scaling paid affiliate traffic across CPL, CPS, and RevShare. Test new sources, evaluate and cut poor traffic, structure commercial deals, optimize campaigns daily, protect margins while increasing volume, find new partners, and collaborate with BI, product, and monetisation teams to drive profitable growth.

Own and build the companywide marketing function: define channel purpose, create content plans, run email and digital campaigns, improve websites, manage events/conferences, measure performance, and align marketing across teams.

Develop and maintain scalable PHP backend systems and APIs, optimize performance and caching, integrate third-party services, implement analytics and A/B testing, participate in code reviews and resolve production issues.

Own and grow the advertiser portfolio to maximise traffic monetisation across CPL, CPC, CPA and other models. Build direct advertiser relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, expand CPC offerings, and optimise campaign performance using tracking platforms and data-driven analysis. Identify new monetisation opportunities and improve pricing to increase revenue and profitability.

Own the end-to-end UX/UI across the customer journey, using data, user research, A/B testing and analytics to improve conversion, retention, and commercial outcomes. Collaborate with Product, BI, Engineering and Marketing to modernize the product, build scalable design systems, and deliver implementation-ready prototypes.
