Lead buying and scaling paid affiliate traffic across CPL, CPS, and RevShare. Test new sources, evaluate and cut poor traffic, structure commercial deals, optimize campaigns daily, protect margins while increasing volume, find new partners, and collaborate with BI, product, and monetisation teams to drive profitable growth.

Develop and maintain scalable PHP backend systems and APIs, optimize performance and caching, integrate third-party services, implement analytics and A/B testing, participate in code reviews and resolve production issues.

Lead and modernise the BI and analytics function: assess current data landscape, define roadmap, improve data modelling, ETL/ELT and reporting performance, guide architecture decisions, support advanced analytics readiness, and mentor the BI team while partnering with leadership.
