Build client relationships, assess financial and business needs, recommend non-lending solutions, and promote financial services. Monitor portfolio performance, identify cross-selling opportunities, maintain portfolio quality, and achieve client acquisition and growth targets.

Manages operational risk within an MSME lending framework by conducting risk assessments, gap analyses, RCSA exercises, stress testing, control monitoring, regulatory oversight, and incident reporting. Develops mitigation strategies, business continuity plans, and crisis response procedures while promoting risk awareness through training. Leads stakeholder workshops, collaborates across departments, supports regulatory audits, analyzes risk trends, and provides actionable insights to senior management.

Analyze SME credit applications by evaluating borrowers’ financial performance, repayment capacity, business stability, and risk. Prepare credit memos, spread financial statements into credit models, calculate ratios and trends, verify documentation and background information, and coordinate with Relationship Managers to resolve missing details before Risk Department approval.
