Drive B2B sales of complex manufacturing automation solutions across Italy’s North-West region. The role requires an engineering background, five or more years of technical sales experience, fluent Italian and English, and frequent travel.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies for manufacturing automation solutions across the eastern United States. Grow revenue by managing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Maintain CRM forecasts and sales opportunities, communicate customer needs internally, and build long-term customer and partner relationships. The role requires manufacturing automation sales experience, technical knowledge of industrial processes, and approximately 50% travel.

Supports accounts payable and receivable invoicing, monitors aged receivables, assists with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, audits, and financial record keeping. Collaborates across departments to resolve invoice, expense, and vendor issues while meeting headquarters deadlines. The role provides mentorship and is designed for a recent accounting graduate with foundational GAAP knowledge and proficiency in Excel and Word.
