The Controller oversees U.S. accounting and finance operations, supervises accounting staff, prepares and analyzes financial statements, manages cash flow projections, ensures GAAP and company-policy compliance, supports audits and consolidated reporting, approves journal entries and disbursements, and improves accounting processes. The role collaborates with international finance teams, auditors, tax partners, and organizational leadership.

Designs mechanical products and system modifications for customer service deliveries, creating models, manufacturing drawings, schematics, and strength calculations. Supports global service organizations and customers, contributes to service product development, and ensures designs meet quality, budget, schedule, and technical specifications. The role collaborates with electrical engineers, software developers, delivery managers, and international service teams.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies for manufacturing automation solutions across the eastern United States. Grow revenue by managing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Maintain CRM forecasts and sales opportunities, communicate customer needs internally, and build long-term customer and partner relationships. The role requires manufacturing automation sales experience, technical knowledge of industrial processes, and approximately 50% travel.
