Conduct outbound calls, identify customer needs, communicate product value, manage sales pipelines, research regional markets, overcome objections, and document interactions in Salesforce. The role requires independent prioritization, strong communication, agricultural interest, and consistent sales performance in a remote environment.

Qualifies farmers and members for FBN financing, crop protection, seed, and livestock products through outbound calls and prospecting. Manages sales pipelines, researches agricultural markets, communicates product value, overcomes objections, and documents customer interactions in Salesforce and other SaaS tools. The role requires independent prioritization, strong communication, technology comfort, and a farmer-focused approach in a remote sales environment.
