Teams at Family Service League

Provides comprehensive case management for senior citizens, including intake, assessment, service planning, care coordination, system navigation, outreach, and follow-up. Connects clients with health, social, financial, government, and community services; coordinates transportation and obtains consent forms. Develops recreational, educational, and social activities while conducting home visits and supporting access to needed resources.

Assist lead teacher in a Universal Pre-K classroom following OCFS and district guidelines. Support classroom activities, behavior management, assessments, record-keeping, and maintaining a safe, clean, nurturing environment while collaborating with colleagues.

Supervise shelter staff and operations while providing case management, crisis intervention, assessments, and individual, family, and group services. Manage client intakes, documentation, independent living plans, housing coordination, reporting, safety checks, and policy compliance. Maintain a small caseload, advocate for clients, collaborate with community agencies and security, participate in on-call coverage, and support continuous shelter operations during emergencies.
