Teams at Family Service League

Provide peer support to caregivers and families of youth with behavioral, mental health, or substance challenges. Meet weekly in homes/communities, develop treatment goals, document in EHR, transport clients as needed, collaborate with CFTSS and Care Management staff, and participate in team meetings.

Provide home-based prevention services for expectant parents and families with newborns: screen referrals, conduct assessments and home visits, document case notes, coordinate community resources, perform outreach to increase enrollment, attend trainings and team meetings, and support short-term direct assistance as approved by supervisor.

Supervise clinical and administrative operations of a 24/7 outpatient crisis stabilization program including hotline and mobile response. Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, on-call rotations, compliance, staff supervision, EMR use, crisis intervention training, stakeholder coordination, and program outcome monitoring. Provide clinical backup and ensure staff and client safety.
