Lead brand visibility and strategic communications to support community engagement, donor cultivation, and fundraising. Create and curate creative assets, coordinate photography/video and multi-channel marketing, manage templates and promotional materials, maintain brand standards, train partners on branding toolkits, and oversee website, email, and social media communications.

Provide peer-based recovery support and case management for patients receiving Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Coordinate care with clinical teams, perform patient engagement, education, warm handoffs, home visits, documentation, and develop individualized recovery plans while maintaining timely records and community referrals.

Provides peer-based recovery support to patients receiving Medication Assisted Treatment. Duties include motivational interviewing, case management, recovery planning, care coordination, referrals, drug and alcohol education, medication adherence guidance, warm handoffs, crisis response, community resource linkage, and accurate confidential documentation within a multidisciplinary primary care team.

Oversee day-to-day operations of a school-based health center: manage patient flow, staff scheduling, inventory and vaccine reconciliation, regulatory compliance (HIPAA/CLIA/VFC/CMS), billing/registration accuracy, quality improvement, patient experience, and perform Medical Assistant/medical receptionist duties as needed.

Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives, develop project plans and dashboards, assemble and coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs and budgets, transition projects to operations, and identify, write, administer, and report on grants ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
