Lead HR function for a multi-site FQHC: supervise HR staff, manage employee relations, benefits and leave administration, HRIS optimization, talent acquisition, compliance (federal/state/HRSA/FTCA), performance management, training, credentialing, and HR policy and reporting to support organizational objectives.

Provide peer-based recovery support and case management for patients receiving Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Coordinate care with clinical teams, perform patient engagement, education, warm handoffs, home visits, documentation, and develop individualized recovery plans while maintaining timely records and community referrals.

Support individuals receiving medication for substance use disorders by providing recovery support services, case management, and education within a primary care setting.
