Support clinicians and staff on coding and documentation compliance. Conduct chart audits, research coding errors and trends, monitor coding review desktop, assist training, process billings, and ensure accurate charge entry and claims processing per payer rules.

Schedule and process provider referrals, verify insurance, coordinate appointments with specialists, maintain and scan medical records into the EMR, answer patient inquiries, and provide general clerical support while ensuring HIPAA compliance and effective communication with patients, providers, and insurers.

Manage planning, implementation, and completion of healthcare projects. Define scope, budget, tasks, timelines and resources; lead meetings; monitor milestones; present progress to leadership; manage scope changes; mentor team members; evaluate project results; and maintain confidentiality and required immunizations.

Manage daily Finance Department operations, supervise accounting staff, oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll accounting, and monthly close. Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls, prepare financial statements and clinic-level reports, support CFO with analysis, audits, tax filings, and clinician compensation calculations. Collaborate with leadership and clinics to improve processes and support financial decision-making.

Supervise laboratory staff and daily operations, manage quality control/assurance, implement and document procedures, oversee instrument maintenance and inventory, support LIS/EMR setup, train and evaluate personnel, and ensure regulatory compliance and preparedness for state surveys.

Supervise and mentor clinical staff (MA-C, LPN, or RN), perform clinical duties per standards, manage scheduling and timecards, ensure regulatory compliance and quality, conduct training and performance reviews, liaise with patients, staff and management, and participate in clinical leadership initiatives and cross-department collaboration.

Perform diagnostic X-rays and radiographic procedures in a family medicine clinic, maintain imaging equipment and supplies, document results in EMR, ensure radiation safety and quality standards, assist and position patients, and support department policies and professional development.
