Teams at Family Care Network

Supervises clinical staff at an urgent care center, performs MA-C or LPN clinical duties, mentors and trains employees, schedules staff, monitors compliance and quality standards, reviews timecards, supports regulatory requirements, and participates in performance evaluations and corrective action. The role requires patient-care competency, documentation accuracy, EMR and practice-management system proficiency, BLS certification, and occasional travel to nearby urgent care centers.

Supervises laboratory staff and daily operations while performing medical technologist duties. Oversees quality control and assurance, regulatory compliance, staff competency, training, scheduling, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, inventory, and laboratory information systems. Supports recruitment, performance management, patient complaint resolution, process improvement, inspections, and coordination with clinical and IT teams to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.

Provides support for the organization’s electronic medical record application, including learning and implementing application changes, extracting reports and data, supporting desktop management, reviewing and entering data, and assisting employees with EMR-related questions. The role requires computer proficiency, knowledge of medical office practices, clear communication, confidentiality, organization, and teamwork. This is an on-site, part-time position with potential for full-time employment.
