Support project managers from initiation to close by managing document control, coordinating schedules/resources, assisting with bidding, permits, invoicing, vendor setup, budget tracking, QA checks, and communicating project status to stakeholders.

Ensure enforcement of site safety policies and procedures: conduct inspections, toolbox talks, job hazard analyses, energized permits, incident investigations and root cause analysis, vehicle and jobsite paperwork compliance, and support the Safety and Risk Manager on major incidents.

Serve as the on-site liaison and mechanical/lighting expert overseeing installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, boiler, refrigeration, and related systems. Manage and supervise installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of in-building RF cellular/DAS systems across DFW. Plan builds from construction documents, schedule and forecast manpower, train staff, coordinate subcontractors, complete project reports and documentation, procure parts, and use digital platforms for record keeping. Must travel between sites and comply with safety/background checks.

Handle incoming customer calls, qualify leads, conduct product presentations, prepare quotes and contracts, negotiate terms, maintain CRM records, collaborate with sales and internal teams, and meet assigned sales targets while staying current on industry trends.

Manage end-to-end billing and accounts receivable: generate and reconcile invoices, process adjustments, follow up on overdue payments, resolve billing disputes, maintain customer records, and produce AR reports while recommending process improvements.

Travel within the assigned territory to inspect job sites for OSHA and company policy compliance, investigate incidents, deliver safety training, promote safe practices, and oversee fleet and company equipment administration.

Provide front-desk and administrative support to project management, estimating, and sales teams: greet visitors, route calls, assist managers, maintain calendars, and support Operations, HR, and Accounting. Use Microsoft Office (primarily Excel), handle multiline phones, and coordinate project-related administrative tasks.

Lead and grow the Controls Engineering team to design, develop, test, and integrate building automation and IoT control systems. Mentor engineers, drive R&D, create training/documentation, oversee schedules, hire and conduct performance reviews, and align team goals with company objectives.

Provide administrative and clerical support including office management, scheduling, travel bookings, document creation and editing, data entry, invoicing and accounts payable/receivable tasks, meeting preparation and minutes, visitor coordination, event support, and onboarding assistance.

Oversee field operations for lighting and electrical construction: manage staffing, compliance, budgets, materials, field goals, and represent field employees to management to ensure quality and continuity.

Serve as primary liaison for assigned accounts to resolve issues, retain and grow customer relationships, drive upsells and renewals, coordinate with internal teams, maintain CRM data, and represent the company at events to meet performance KPIs.

Provide technical sales support for building automation and smart building solutions: present products, define project scope, recommend BAS/EMS solutions, support quoting/closing, maintain CRM, and drive customer retention and revenue.

Support design, develop, test, and deploy scalable building control systems. Provide technical support, create station-level logic and reports, modify graphics, integrate stations to IoT, develop commissioning and support tools, and train staff.
