Handle incoming customer calls, qualify leads, conduct product presentations, prepare quotes and contracts, negotiate terms, maintain CRM records, collaborate with sales and internal teams, and meet assigned sales targets while staying current on industry trends.

Serve as the on-site liaison and mechanical/lighting expert overseeing installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, boiler, refrigeration, and related systems. Coordinate contractors, ensure code compliance and quality, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, communicate with clients, support project schedules, and provide training and safety oversight.

Provide technical subject-matter expertise in lighting, electrical, estimating, EMS, or signage: develop processes, perform quality control, lead root-cause analysis, produce technical references, deliver training and strategy workshops, and support customer engagements and FSG leadership.
