Produce prefabricated electrical assemblies for construction: bend conduit, spool wire, label and wire panels, use hand and power tools, follow safety procedures, lift up to 75 lbs, and perform other prefab tasks as assigned.

Ensure site safety compliance by conducting inspections, toolbox talks, job hazard analyses, energized permits, incident investigations and root cause analysis. Maintain site safety paperwork, signage, vehicle checklists, and posters. Counsel employees and assist Safety and Risk Manager on major incident investigations.

Oversee workplace safety by inspecting equipment and activities, handling accident reports, developing and managing health and safety policies, and training employees on safe practices.
