Own and continuously improve the organization-wide PMO framework, governance standards, methodologies, templates, tools, and ways of working. Serve as the Jira and Confluence subject matter expert, conduct governance reviews and project health checks, strengthen delivery transparency, and coach project professionals. The role focuses on improving overall PMO capability rather than supporting a single project or portfolio.

The role coordinates cross-functional teams, supports process adoption, provides recommendations for business decisions, and ensures projects deliver sustainable business value across countries, functions, and business units.

Intern supporting the Enterprise Information Management team with data migration from legacy ERP systems, data profiling and cleansing, data modeling, data dictionaries, master data maintenance processes, tool configuration, dashboards, KPI structures, reporting, validation, testing, and user training. The role is hybrid, with two days per week on location in Den Bosch and remaining days from home.

Supports the HR team with job framework documentation, talent acquisition improvements, onboarding and engagement projects, HR records, and change communication materials. The internship provides broad hands-on exposure to HR activities in an international business environment and requires at least four days per week for six months.
