- You are currently pursuing a master’s degree in HR, Business or a related field
- You have an interest in HR and affinity with project management
- You are proactive, structured and eager to learn
- You bring energy, creativity and persistence to your work
- You have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications
- You enjoy working in a professional environment with experienced colleagues
Job responsibilities
During this internship, you will be part of the HR team and support a range of operational and project-based activities, such as:
- Supporting the further development of job frameworks and organisational structure documentation
- Assisting with Talent Acquisition improvement initiatives
- Supporting HR and project leads on key people-related projects, such as onboarding and engagement initiatives
- Helping to ensure HR records and documentation are accurate, complete and well maintained
- Identifying communication and change support needs and helping create materials to support these efforts
