Own the development and optimization of HiBob across countries and business units. Translate global HR processes into scalable workflows, maintain data governance and quality, improve automation, enable reporting, manage payroll and HR system integrations, support compliance with local requirements, and contribute to HR transformation projects. Drive adoption through stakeholder collaboration, training, and guidance across HR teams, managers, and employees.

Own and continuously improve the organization-wide PMO framework, governance standards, methodologies, templates, tools, and ways of working. Serve as the Jira and Confluence subject matter expert, conduct governance reviews and project health checks, strengthen delivery transparency, and coach project professionals. The role focuses on improving overall PMO capability rather than supporting a single project or portfolio.

Lead cross-functional business, digital, and operational projects from initiation through delivery. Develop project plans, milestones, budgets, timelines, and governance processes; manage risks and dependencies; coordinate resources; facilitate stakeholder collaboration; support process adoption; and provide recommendations for project decisions. The role requires structured project management across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments, using Jira and PMO frameworks.
