The Director of Revenue Operations will build and scale revenue infrastructure across Europe. Responsibilities include designing segmentation and territory models, leading quota and capacity planning, establishing revenue data standards and forecasting, optimizing GTM systems and processes, governing AI tools under GDPR, enabling Sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams, and analyzing cohorts, win/loss trends, sales cycles, expansion, and retention opportunities.

Lead end-to-end development of LLM-powered agents for security operations workflows. Design tools, prompts, context, evaluations, guardrails, and autonomy decisions while balancing accuracy, cost, latency, and human oversight. Own technical delivery, influence architecture, maintain engineering quality, mentor engineers, participate in hiring, and collaborate closely with security analysts and customers. The role is remote in the Netherlands or Berlin, with office attendance twice weekly.

Lead and perform advanced cybersecurity research—offensive, vulnerability, and threat tradecraft—build prototypes using LLMs and agent frameworks, translate findings into product and operational improvements, collaborate with Security Operations, Product, and Engineering, and represent the company externally through publications and talks.

Own and grow a strategic customer portfolio: drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Advocate for customers internally, collaborate cross-functionally, track customer health metrics, and convert insights into actions that increase satisfaction and revenue.

Build and grow Eye Security's MSP partner network across the Nordics by identifying, onboarding, and enabling partners; manage contracts, onboarding, joint GTM initiatives, and represent Eye at partner events while collaborating with Sales and Marketing.

Partner with leaders across security operations, incident response, customer support and projects to coach managers, handle complex employee relations, apply Dutch labor law, and lead end-to-end People projects (performance cycle, benefits, development). Be office-first in The Hague and work as part of a small People team.

Own and manage full sales cycle for cybersecurity and embedded cyber insurance solutions. Engage end customers and partners (brokers, MSPs) to build pipeline, enable partners, and progress deals. Use solution-selling and structured methodologies to identify customer risk-reduction needs, close deals, and find market growth opportunities. Collaborate with Product and Marketing, represent the company at industry events, and travel up to 40%.

The Senior Software Engineer at Eye Security will lead feature development, collaborate on solutions, and influence technical decisions within a small stream-aligned team.
