Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s Hague office, including facilities, supplies, vendors, budgets, onboarding, events, guest hosting, employee milestones, and issue resolution. Coordinate with the Office Assistant, German Office Manager, founders, and building management. Support planning for future European offices while maintaining a welcoming and well-organized workplace.

Lead MSP channel partnerships across the Benelux and Nordics by managing the partner portfolio, recruiting and developing partners, coaching the team, and driving channel revenue. Develop partner business plans, co-selling strategies, and enablement programs; improve recruitment and onboarding processes; collaborate with sales and marketing; and monitor partner productivity and profitability. The role requires Dutch fluency, cybersecurity or related technology experience, and travel up to 50%.

Own total rewards, including compensation, benefits, equity, benchmarking, salary reviews, levelling, and EU pay-transparency preparation. Serve as People Business Partner for security operations, customer support, onboarding, and project management teams. Coach managers, advise executives, handle employee relations and complex cases, and administer benefits across multiple European countries. This hands-on role requires Dutch labor-law knowledge, strong stakeholder management, comfort with ambiguity, and regular office presence in The Hague.
