Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles across Europe, partnering with hiring managers to design hiring strategies, improve processes and assessments, build proactive sourcing pipelines, use data to optimize hiring, and own employer branding and TA initiatives to scale recruitment function.

The MSP Partner Manager will build and expand Eye's partner network in the Netherlands, foster relationships with managed service providers, and align efforts with internal teams for strategic growth.

Lead and perform advanced cybersecurity research—offensive, vulnerability, and threat tradecraft—build prototypes using LLMs and agent frameworks, translate findings into product and operational improvements, collaborate with Security Operations, Product, and Engineering, and represent the company externally through publications and talks.
