Plans, forecasts, and schedules contact center staffing across multiple client accounts. Analyzes call volumes, workload, service levels, and operational KPIs to optimize resource allocation, manage intraday adjustments, and support service commitments. Produces workforce reports, recommends staffing improvements, coordinates schedule and time-off changes, and partners with Operations, HR, Training, Client Services, leadership, and clients.

Provide administrative and operational support for print, mail, document processing, and office tasks. Sort, scan, distribute mail, process policy requests, manage storage boxes, handle pickups/deliveries, order supplies, verify delivery statements, report on tasks, and perform other duties as assigned.

Process and apply incoming payments, research and resolve routine payment discrepancies, maintain transaction records, support daily treasury and cash management operations, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction-related issues.

Provide high-quality inbound customer service to agents and policyholders: handle policy inquiries, billing, claims intake (FNOL), process endorsements/changes/cancellations/payments, prepare quotes and documentation, maintain records, assist during CAT events, and ensure carrier compliance and QA standards.
