Provides customer service for insurance agents and policyholders by handling inbound inquiries, policy servicing, billing, claims, payments, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements. Processes quotes and documentation, maintains accurate records, supports FNOL intake and catastrophe events, follows carrier requirements, and meets quality and attendance standards. Must obtain a 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license within 90 days.

Build and ship full-stack web applications from prototype to production, integrating practical AI capabilities such as language models, retrieval, structured outputs, and agentic workflows. Collaborate with product leaders, rapidly test ideas with users, make pragmatic technical decisions, write reliable tested code, and contribute across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, cloud deployment, security, and observability.

Supports high-volume treasury operations by processing and applying payments, researching account information, resolving routine discrepancies, maintaining transaction records, responding to internal inquiries, and assisting with cash management and reporting. Requires accuracy, organization, analytical problem-solving, Microsoft Office proficiency, and collaboration across departments. A high school diploma or GED is required, while related transactional experience and an associate degree are preferred.

Provides administrative and day-to-day support to the Client Engagement team and Vice President. Responsibilities include responding to routine client inquiries, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, maintaining records, tracking requests, updating documentation, and facilitating communication between internal teams and clients. This hybrid role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Develop and maintain innovative cloud-based web and mobile applications using full-stack technologies. Responsibilities include designing RESTful APIs, working with databases and cloud platforms, implementing authentication and authorization, supporting CI/CD and containerization, troubleshooting issues, translating business requirements into technical tasks, mentoring engineers, and contributing within Agile development processes.
