Leads software initiatives from discovery through implementation and post-release support. Responsibilities include stakeholder collaboration, requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, UAT coordination, project prioritization, QA and development coordination, production issue resolution, and customer demonstrations. The role aligns product and corporate strategy while managing multiple projects and serving as a subject matter expert for assigned products, business processes, and systems.

Oversee software project timelines, milestones, deliverables, scope, risks, and schedules while coordinating Business Analysis, QA, Development, and management teams. Lead project meetings, track KPIs, report progress, improve project processes, mentor team members, manage Jira and Confluence practices, oversee Toggl time tracking, and support licensing invoicing and customer interactions.

Develops cloud-based web and mobile applications using full-stack technologies. Responsibilities include designing RESTful APIs, working with databases and cloud platforms, implementing authentication and authorization, debugging, observability, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. The engineer translates business requirements into technical tasks, mentors junior engineers, collaborates within Agile teams, and takes ownership of projects while applying innovative solutions.
