Provide high-quality inbound customer service to agents and policyholders: handle policy inquiries, billing, claims intake (FNOL), process endorsements/changes/cancellations/payments, prepare quotes and documentation, maintain records, assist during CAT events, and ensure carrier compliance and QA standards.

Process and apply high-volume incoming payments, research and resolve transaction discrepancies, maintain accurate records, support daily treasury and cash management activities, collaborate with internal teams, escalate exceptions, and assist with process improvements and disaster recovery tasks.
