Collaborate with frontend, AI, DevOps, and product teams to define reliable architecture and technical specifications.

Own end-to-end full-stack delivery for AI-driven recruiting features, building Next.js dashboards, Node.js or Python microservices, APIs, real-time integrations, authentication, data models, testing, and cloud deployments. The role focuses on scalable, secure SaaS architecture supporting high-concurrency interviews, live AI scoring, voice/avatar experiences, and agentic workflows. It also requires cross-functional collaboration, performance optimization, and founding-team ownership from product specification through production release.

Own the quality architecture and automation strategy for an AI-driven interview platform. Design scalable UI, API, event-driven, real-time, media, performance, and reliability testing across AI screening and interview workflows. Establish assertion strategies for probabilistic outputs, integrate automated quality gates into GitHub Actions, monitor flaky tests and quality metrics, and define production sign-off criteria. Partner with engineering teams on testability and observability while mentoring QA engineers and driving product-wide quality ownership.

Own the frontend experience for an AI-driven hiring platform. Build scalable design systems, recruiter and candidate workspaces, real-time collaborative interview interfaces, streaming AI interactions, dashboards, visualizations, and secure embedded tools. Partner with product, AI, backend, and QA teams while optimizing performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and enterprise UX. The role requires deep React and Next.js expertise, SSR/RSC knowledge, and experience with WebSockets and collaborative editing.
