Design and build Exterview’s production multi-agent AI platform for candidate screening, interviewing, scoring, and feedback. Integrate Azure OpenAI, multimodal Cognitive Services, Service Bus, Event Grid, Redis, Cosmos DB, Neo4j, and RAG systems. Develop evaluation pipelines, guardrails, adaptive feedback loops, and scalable orchestration for concurrent interviews. Collaborate with backend, frontend, prompt engineering, and product teams while delivering reliable, low-latency AI products.

Own end-to-end full-stack delivery for AI-driven recruiting features, building Next.js dashboards, Node.js or Python microservices, APIs, real-time integrations, authentication, data models, testing, and cloud deployments. The role focuses on scalable, secure SaaS architecture supporting high-concurrency interviews, live AI scoring, voice/avatar experiences, and agentic workflows. It also requires cross-functional collaboration, performance optimization, and founding-team ownership from product specification through production release.

Own the quality architecture and automation strategy for an AI-driven interview platform. Design scalable UI, API, event-driven, real-time, media, performance, and reliability testing across AI screening and interview workflows. Establish assertion strategies for probabilistic outputs, integrate automated quality gates into GitHub Actions, monitor flaky tests and quality metrics, and define production sign-off criteria. Partner with engineering teams on testability and observability while mentoring QA engineers and driving product-wide quality ownership.
