Gérer techniquement et administrativement des projets géotechniques: planifier et réaliser forages et tests in-situ, superviser essais de laboratoire, effectuer analyses (capacité portante, tassements, stabilité de pentes), rédiger rapports, développer des affaires et assurer le suivi client.

Diriger techniquement et coordonner projets internationaux en énergies renouvelables (PV, BESS, microgrids), préparer offres, produire et valider livrables, gérer budgets, risques et qualité, coordonner équipes et partenaires locaux, et soutenir le développement d’affaires. Déplacements internationaux ponctuels (1–2 semaines, 3–4 fois/an).

Produce construction documents from initial design through bidding, set up drawings and design documentation, coordinate with other disciplines, and execute projects within established budgets and schedules for mission-critical and data center projects under senior engineer supervision.

Lead a transportation team delivering traffic impact studies, environmental and construction traffic analyses, operational analyses (including microsimulation), and transportation master plans. Act as project manager for traffic projects, manage client relationships, supervise junior staff, prepare technical reports and presentations, attend public meetings, coordinate resources, and support business development.

Perform site surveillance for transportation and traffic-maintenance projects: verify compliance with approved traffic control/signage plans, write site diaries documenting quantities and conformity, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, plan works with the surveillance team, and carry out other related site supervision tasks.

Design and produce electrical building designs from BOD through construction documents. Coordinate with clients, verify specifications and code compliance, manage multiple projects, mentor designers, write reports, and contribute to standards and risk management.

Lead and grow EXP's municipal infrastructure practice in Western Canada. Manage municipal civil engineering projects (roads, water, wastewater, stormwater, active transportation), oversee design certification, construction administration, QA/QC, regulatory compliance, P&L, business development, team recruitment and mentorship, and champion innovation in sustainability, LID, digital delivery, and asset management.

Under senior supervision, produce MEP design packages, schematics, equipment layouts, and drawings. Size ductwork, HVAC piping, plumbing and drainage, perform site surveys, coordinate with suppliers and construction, and create AutoCAD/Revit drawings while assisting with interference coordination and general mechanical design tasks.

Manage building-science projects: prepare proposals, meet clients, plan site staffing, perform inspections and in-situ tests (mold sampling, thermography, water/air tightness), write technical and technico-legal reports, design high-performance envelope details, apply relevant standards, use WUFI and THERM, and supervise technical teams.

Lead electrical building design and coordination for complex projects including data centres and critical infrastructure. Perform electrotechnical studies (arc flash, grounding, short-circuit, load), design normal and emergency distribution, conduct site visits and construction support, ensure code compliance, mentor junior staff, and liaise with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Supervise construction works for transport infrastructure (bridges, structures, pavements): conduct site inspections, quality and quantity controls, measurements, prepare payment documents and daily reports, coordinate teams, assist project manager with change management and contract amendments, and support preparation of plans, specifications and estimates as needed.

Support planning, design, and construction of municipal and transportation infrastructure. Produce AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings, plan/profile/grading designs for water, storm, wastewater and roadways, generate material quantities and cost estimates, prepare presentation graphics and reports, ensure project standards, and perform on-site civil inspections.

Provide geotechnical support for Montreal/Laval projects: plan fieldwork, supervise drilling and excavation, perform soil descriptions and lab test programs, analyze data, and prepare site reports.

Lead and mentor an electrical engineering team for Science, Technology and Healthcare MEP projects. Serve as technical SME for electrical building systems, perform complex code analysis, produce construction documents, ensure quality and risk management, execute complex designs, and manage schedule and budget adherence.
