Teams at EXP

Design and lead electrical building projects from concept through construction. Produce and review drawings, specs, code compliance, equipment selection, and reports. Mentor staff, manage schedules/budgets, perform construction management and site visits, and apply risk management practices.

Lead and manage complex infrastructure projects (transit, rail control, tunnels, bridges, highways). Oversee project delivery, schedules, finances, staffing, client relationships, proposals, and contract administration. Provide technical oversight, mentor staff, pursue business, and represent EXP with clients and subcontractors across the Northeast and beyond.

Act as a geotechnical candidate engineer supporting multidisciplinary teams: plan and execute geotechnical studies, supervise field and lab testing, analyze results, write reports, prepare proposals, perform site visits, and collaborate with stakeholders.
