Teams at EXP

Participate in industrial mechanical engineering projects, including designing plans and specifications, performing design calculations, positioning and commissioning equipment, preparing technical documentation, coordinating with other disciplines, supporting engineers and clients, updating project documents, and conducting client site surveys.

Coordinates international infrastructure projects by tracking schedules, deliverables, meetings, actions, communications, and document quality. Supports technical and commercial service proposals by gathering information, formatting submissions, maintaining project references and resumes, and meeting bid requirements. Contributes to business development through market research, partner and opportunity identification, qualification processes, presentations, and strategic monitoring of international clients and funding organizations.

Designs and analyzes mechanical and industrial systems, including ventilation, thermal processes, and fluid systems. Performs thermodynamic, fluid mechanics, and industrial ventilation calculations; prepares engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams; resolves technical issues in the field or workshop; and leads mandates while interacting with internal and external clients.
