Teams at EXP

Manages the complete construction process for science and technology facilities, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, design teams, schedules, budgets, contracts, permits, safety, insurance, payments, reporting, and client relationships. Oversees field and office staff, reviews design documents for deficiencies and code issues, manages change orders, and ensures projects meet deadlines and financial objectives. Requires extensive construction project management experience, with industrial, pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, cleanroom, commissioning, or validation experience preferred.

Provides technical leadership for construction materials control projects involving concrete, aggregates, soils, asphalt mixtures, and other materials. Manages project technical, administrative, and financial activities; advises clients; reviews technical reports; oversees nonconformities and corrective actions; develops staff; supports proposals and business development; and represents EXP with clients, contractors, and partners.

Supports the planning, coordination, design, and technical and administrative follow-up of building mechanical engineering projects. Responsibilities include developing HVAC and plumbing systems, tracking budgets, fees, hours, schedules, contracts, deliverables, and documentation, coordinating stakeholders, attending project meetings and site visits, and resolving issues. The role collaborates with project managers and engineers across institutional, commercial, municipal, and public-sector projects while developing project management and technical expertise.
