Provides global employment relations and Armenian employment-law expertise, managing complex cases including disciplinary actions, investigations, grievances, performance management, restructuring, and terminations. Advises leaders on legal and employee-relations risks, compliance, policies, data protection, and DSARs. The role requires English and Russian fluency, regulatory discipline, and collaboration with customer service, operations, payments, product, and compliance teams.

Drive new client acquisition and portfolio growth across Nigeria, particularly Lagos. Responsibilities include prospecting, networking, onboarding traders, managing client relationships, increasing platform engagement, meeting acquisition KPIs, maintaining CRM records, reporting performance, monitoring market developments, providing financial insights, and complying with Nigerian regulatory requirements.

Provide in-house legal counsel on financial services, securities, derivatives, brokerage, licensing, regulatory compliance, contracts, and commercial initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. Advise business units, interpret emerging-market legislation, develop regulatory strategies, manage legal implementation projects, negotiate trading-related agreements, oversee external counsel and junior lawyers, and communicate risks and updates to senior stakeholders.

This role involves optimizing business processes and enhancing efficiency through data-driven solutions, collaboration, and implementing best practices. Responsibilities include measuring efficiency, project leadership, data analytics, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide high-touch support to the Shareholder and family: manage domestic and international travel, visas, calendars, events, gifts, healthcare appointments, vendor relations, and special projects while maintaining strict confidentiality and 24/7 availability.
