Build trusted relationships, provide trading and product guidance, explain market developments, resolve client concerns, maintain CRM records, and meet commercial KPIs while adhering to compliance, security, and conduct requirements. Fluency in English and Malayalam is required.

Leads Exinity’s global acquisition marketing strategy to scale trader growth across regions and channels. Owns multi-million-dollar performance budgets, CPA, ROAS, customer LTV, channel diversification, testing programs, marketing technology advancement, and regulatory-aware expansion. Partners with Analytics and Data Science on attribution, media mix modeling, and predictive LTV. Oversees global performance marketing teams and agencies while developing innovative acquisition channels, local partnerships, and a high-performance experimentation culture.

Coordinates recruitment processes from requisition creation through offer acceptance, including ATS maintenance, interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer administration, reporting, and documentation. Also manages local office administration in Armenia, including vendors, supplies, invoices, facilities, onboarding support, events, and workplace compliance. The role improves recruitment workflows, maintains accurate records, and serves as a key contact for office operations.
