Supports sales growth for high-speed transmission testing solutions by providing pre-sales demonstrations, presentations, evaluations, technical reviews, customer training, and trade-show support. Advises network equipment manufacturers, component manufacturers, hyperscale labs, and universities on optical and high-speed communications testing. Provides competitive and customer feedback to business and marketing teams. Requires approximately 25%–50% travel.

Manage regional customer engagement and key account sales plans for communications test equipment across NEMs, photonics manufacturers, webscale labs, and universities. Lead technical evaluations, commercial negotiations, customer demonstrations, trade show support, CRM maintenance, sales forecasting, and account growth strategies. Apply expertise in advanced optics, optical probing, high-speed transmission testing, photonics, and optical component technologies to position EXFO solutions and build executive-level customer relationships.

Manages regional customer engagement and key account sales plans for communications, photonics, optical component, webscale lab, and university research customers. Leads technical evaluations, commercial negotiations, demonstrations, trade show support, CRM maintenance, forecasting, and customer relationships. Requires expertise in advanced optics, photonics, optical probing, high-speed transmission testing, and communications test equipment, along with strong presentation, negotiation, and value-selling skills.

Coordinates contract review requests, performs initial agreement reviews, maintains contract records and renewal deadlines, and administers DocuSign CLM workflows. Supports legal counsel with contract tracking, due diligence, KYC and compliance requests, external counsel mandates, and risk identification. The role also uses AI tools for contract review and summarization, improves processes, and serves as the organization’s central contract coordination contact.

Develop rapid functional software prototypes, scripts, tools, mini-applications, and demonstration environments to validate product ideas and features. Extend existing codebases, build lightweight web and data-analysis solutions, collaborate with product managers, researchers, and developers, and iterate based on stakeholder feedback. The role supports evidence-based product decisions by testing feasibility, value, and potential investment needs through rapid experimentation.

Designs and maintains enterprise data pipelines, models, warehouses, and analytical datasets. Develops scalable ETL/ELT solutions, supports data quality and governance, and contributes to cloud data architecture. Partners with business stakeholders to deliver reporting, dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, and self-service analytics. Provides Power BI and data-platform support, troubleshoots issues, coaches users, and promotes data literacy, adoption, and best practices.

Develop and maintain automated test suites for cloud-based SaaS, including end-to-end, integration, functional and API tests. Automate UI and API testing, integrate tests into CI/CD, use Kubernetes and containerized environments, work with AWS, troubleshoot distributed systems, and collaborate in an Agile SAFe team to improve test reliability and speed.

Lead pan-EMEA account planning and execution for DCI and submarine customers. Coordinate regional teams, map ecosystems, pursue high-fiber and cross-border infrastructure opportunities, support proposals/proofs-of-concept, maintain CRM pipeline, and scale repeatable growth plays across EMEA, UK, Middle East and Africa.
