Drive sales strategy and pipeline for optical and electrical testing solutions. Develop key accounts in R&D, universities, and manufacturing; perform demos, field and lab evaluations, customer training, and RFP responses. Serve as technical liaison to product teams, manage demo equipment and agents, and provide competitive intelligence and customized test plans.

Define and lead the system architecture for reflectometry products: decompose systems into subsystems, create technology roadmaps, perform trade-offs, ensure requirements traceability, support verification/validation, mitigate R&D risks, participate in design reviews and Agile ceremonies, and document R&D activities.

Design, develop and maintain full‑stack software for telecom hardware products. Build back-end APIs and low‑level integrations, create front‑end UIs, prototype PoCs, integrate drivers and collaborate with hardware, FPGA and systems teams to deliver commercial products.
