Escalates discrepancies and workflow issues to licensed laboratory personnel.

The role requires consultative solution selling, customer relationship management, confidentiality when handling HIPAA and PHI, and 20% travel in a center-based clinical setting.

Independently manages clinical trials from feasibility and regulatory start-up through recruitment, patient visits, data collection, follow-up, monitoring, and closeout activities. Ensures protocol compliance, accurate documentation, specimen handling, adverse-event reporting, and audit readiness. Communicates with sponsors, IRBs, vendors, and investigators while mentoring junior coordinators. Also supports clinic operations, patient scheduling, records maintenance, inventory, and administrative tasks across multiple Greater Los Angeles clinics.

The Physician Assistant provides patient care, explains procedures, observes patients, maintains safety, and adheres to healthcare standards in a clinical setting.

Perform pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic high-complexity patient testing. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments; perform and document quality control and proficiency testing; enter and verify results in the LIS; troubleshoot issues; maintain inventory, reagents, records, and compliance with SOPs and regulations; communicate with providers.

Build end-to-end AI-driven automations across finance, operations, and clinical-support: browser automation for invoices, document data extraction, internal AI agents, data integrations, and fast prototypes. Work directly with the CAIO to turn loose specs into shipped tools.
