Supports daily clinical laboratory operations by receiving, accessioning, labeling, sorting, routing, preparing, storing, and disposing of patient specimens. Verifies documentation, maintains supplies and records, supports specimen handoffs, keeps work areas organized, and follows laboratory procedures, safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements. Escalates discrepancies and workflow issues to licensed laboratory personnel.

Sell Exer’s employer services by identifying prospect decision-makers, researching customer needs, developing value propositions and close plans, leading customer meetings, securing commitments, coordinating service implementation, managing the sales pipeline, forecasting usage, and communicating results to leadership. The role requires consultative solution selling, customer relationship management, confidentiality when handling HIPAA and PHI, and 20% travel in a center-based clinical setting.

Independently manages clinical trials from feasibility and regulatory start-up through recruitment, patient visits, data collection, follow-up, monitoring, and closeout activities. Ensures protocol compliance, accurate documentation, specimen handling, adverse-event reporting, and audit readiness. Communicates with sponsors, IRBs, vendors, and investigators while mentoring junior coordinators. Also supports clinic operations, patient scheduling, records maintenance, inventory, and administrative tasks across multiple Greater Los Angeles clinics.
