Communicates appointment details and changes, confirms medical records, prepares notifications, coordinates ancillary services, manages invoices and prepayments, arranges lodging and transportation, responds to report inquiries, and supports office operations while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.

Handles client inquiries, case and database updates, document indexing, mail processing, filing, scanning, proofreading, and medical record preparation. Coordinates aspects of independent medical examinations, including provider contact, attendance confirmation, and record distribution. Supports quality assurance, complaint resolution, and timely case completion while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. The role also requires regular local driving to retrieve and deliver mail.

Manage and document security controls supporting information security and compliance requirements. Facilitate HITRUST and SOC 2 audits, collect evidence, remediate exceptions, monitor controls, respond to client assessments and RFPs, and conduct vendor risk assessments. The role also supports security risk programs, policy development, vulnerability and control testing, and cross-training with IT Security on security tools and technical controls.

Account Executive responsible for acquiring new clients, managing and expanding existing accounts, developing territory plans, forecasting sales, and meeting revenue targets. The role requires frequent travel throughout New York for client visits, prospecting, and sales events.
