Perform clinical utilization review and quality assurance of medical records and peer review reports to ensure regulatory and client standards, evidence-based rationale, and accuracy. Provide feedback, training, policy development, and continuous improvement while ensuring ERISA and state mandates are followed.

Lead internal change and adoption for a Salesforce transformation and broader technology modernizations. Develop change strategy, readiness milestones, training, communications, and adoption measurement. Partner with program leadership, implementation partners, and stakeholders to drive adoption, surface and mitigate risks, and build internal change capability and champion networks.

Provide clerical and customer-service support: respond to client/provider inquiries, enter and track data, assign cases to reviewers, follow up on submissions, file and archive records, maintain QA communication, and ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Schedule and confirm medical examinations with physicians, clients, and examinees; arrange ancillary services, lodging, and transportation; prepare notifications; coordinate records and billing; provide administrative support and maintain confidentiality.

Lead regional business development to identify and grow client relationships, increase referrals and revenue, collaborate with account teams, represent the company at industry events, analyze market/competition, deliver presentations, and provide regular reporting to sales leadership.

Review and QA clinical reports, medical record chronologies, and billing reviews for accuracy, evidence-based citations, and regulatory compliance (ERISA/state). Collaborate with physicians, recover missing documentation, resolve quality issues, and provide management insight on consultant performance and compliance.

Coordinate and schedule independent medical examinations using IME Centric or office systems; confirm appointments, obtain records, prepare charts and notifications, arrange ancillary services and travel, handle communications and billing issues, and provide office support.

Sell and expand ExamWorks/Prizm services within the medical-legal and claims market. Identify and engage new clients, manage accounts, develop proposals and presentations, represent the company at tradeshows, resolve client concerns, assist physician recruiting, analyze market/competition, and report sales results to leadership.

Provide front-desk and administrative support across multiple clinic locations: greet and check in examinees, answer phones, prepare charts, escort patients, maintain lobby, assist clinicians and Clinic Director, monitor schedules, and participate in training. Position requires travel from a Sacramento base, paid travel time, and mileage reimbursement.

Lead and execute investor relations strategy: prepare earnings materials, support guidance, run earnings calls, engage investors and analysts, analyze ownership and market trends, coordinate roadshows and investor events, advise leadership and Board on shareholder sentiment and valuation, and support ESG/governance initiatives.

Drive new client acquisition and grow existing accounts through territory planning, face-to-face engagement, and strategic sales activities. Use CRM for pipeline management, forecast to meet quotas, represent the company at events, and collaborate across teams while traveling frequently within the territory.
