Corporate Counsel supporting ExamWorks Canada's legal affairs across commercial contracting, privacy, cybersecurity, employment, regulatory compliance, litigation coordination, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and risk management. The role provides practical legal advice to business leaders, negotiates agreements, manages external counsel, maintains corporate records, and supports the General Counsel on strategic projects. This is a fully remote position, with preference for Ontario or Quebec admission and English-French bilingual proficiency.

Operationalize and manage enterprise governance across AI, automation, data, analytics, and product investments. Own policies, standards, exceptions, committee operations, maturity tracking, stakeholder requirements, business cases, data catalog and lineage tools, risk scoring, security controls, training, and leadership reporting. The role requires business analysis, data governance, AI risk assessment, regulatory awareness, requirements translation, Agile delivery, and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responds to client, physician, nurse, and representative inquiries; enters and tracks case data; maintains records, databases, and files; coordinates provider assignments and report status with QA; handles clerical tasks, complaints, and quality issues; and ensures accurate, timely, confidential work compliant with HIPAA, regulatory, and company standards.
