Handle client inquiries, manage document indexing and outbound mail, coordinate Independent Medical Examinations (confirm attendance, distribute records), maintain databases, assist QA, perform clerical duties (typing, filing, emailing, proofreading), and ensure HIPAA-compliant practices and timely case resolution.

Lead marketing strategy and execution for the IME business unit, including annual plans and budgets, market and competitor analysis, email and social campaigns, event planning, sales support, content creation, and monthly reporting to senior leadership.

Lead internal change and adoption for a Salesforce transformation and broader technology modernizations. Develop change strategy, readiness milestones, training, communications, and adoption measurement. Partner with program leadership, implementation partners, and stakeholders to drive adoption, surface and mitigate risks, and build internal change capability and champion networks.
