Acquire new clients, manage and expand existing accounts, develop territory sales plans, forecast pipeline activity, analyze market trends, conduct frequent in-person client engagement, represent the company at industry events, and meet or exceed revenue targets. The role requires CRM proficiency, strong communication and analytical skills, ethical conduct, collaboration, adaptability, and frequent travel throughout the assigned territory.

Designs, tests, optimizes, and maintains generative AI prompts, agents, and automation workflows. Translates business requirements into AI-enabled solutions, evaluates outputs, troubleshoots performance, documents best practices, and collaborates with business and development teams to integrate reliable AI processes into business applications.

Handles client, physician, nurse, and representative inquiries; enters and tracks case data; coordinates provider assignments; maintains databases and case files; monitors report status; addresses complaints and quality issues; performs clerical tasks; and ensures compliance with company, legal, and HIPAA standards in a fully remote setting.
